Hello, my name is Craig Douglas. After a working life of some 40+ years firstly as a printer and compositor and later in the transport industry as a radio announcer and office manager I am now enjoying retirement as a computer tutor and a simple web designer.

I have had a healthy involvement with computers since the early 1980′s and have been online since the mid eighties.

Several websites have come and gone due mainly to the lack of correct marketing knowledge and know how. Traffic generation has been a major concern.

With the ever increasing reliance on technology there is now an ever increasing need for background information on a never ending array of  weight loss, dieting and exercise products and services..

This site will attempt to fill that need with quality reviews and articles etc on the most recent and desirable items.  Our current team of  consists of Craig, Lee and Nicole.
